Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer heads the company’s Marketing, Sales, and Investor Relations divisions. He trained as a police inspector and worked in the narcotics unit of the Hamburg State Criminal Police Office (LKA). He later moved into the media sector, serving as studio director for ProSieben in Jerusalem and Washington, and as a programme executive in both public-service and private radio. Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer earned an MBA from Steinbeis University Berlin. In his doctoral research at HHL Leipzig, he developed a management system to enhance companies’ capacity for innovation. Since 2006, he has advised more than 100 companies—including international corporations and leading mid-sized enterprises—on implementing innovative management systems.

Steffen Kügler is the technological architect of the Innolytics® software core and is responsible for the entire IT infrastructure as well as the continuous technical development of the platform. His expertise lies in the areas of IT security, scalable database systems, data mining, statistics, and cloud computing. A particular focus of his work is the integration of AI technologies (including Azure, OpenAI) as well as the processing and analysis of large volumes of data. Furthermore, he designs modern, high-performance interfaces and user interfaces, ensuring an efficient and user-centered system architecture.
Steffen Kügler studied German Studies and Computer Science at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and, starting in 2007, gained extensive experience in knowledge management and intelligent search systems. From 2011, with his company “Zauberhand – Die Softwareschmiede GmbH,” he developed customized software solutions for over 50 small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the areas of corporate management and healthtech.
Since 2014, Steffen Kügler has been responsible for the technological management of the Innolytics® ecosystem—from backend architecture to cloud infrastructure—and significantly directs its innovation course.

Alexandra leads the Customer Success team at the Leipzig location. Together with customers, she sets up platforms, configures processes, and ensures that companies achieve measurable results with the Innolytics software. As a trained market researcher, working with complex data comes naturally to her.

Dörte is a certified ISO 42001 auditor (AI management) and a member of our certification team. She guides clients through the certification process and conducts Stage 1 audits as well as surveillance audits. In addition, she is available to answer customer questions and provides quick, clear responses. With her expertise in management systems, she competently supports companies on their path to successful certification.

Max is a member of our certification team and supports new clients in implementing the standard requirements in the ISO certification tool. He explains the individual steps in the system, assists with structuring the content, and provides practical guidance on implementing the requirements. He ensures that new users quickly find their way around the tool and can prepare specifically for certification.

Sebastian is part of the DICIS certification team and supports new clients as they begin their ISO certification journey. He demonstrates in practical terms how to implement the standard requirements in the system and provides valuable tips on structure and documentation. Through his precise and transparent guidance, users quickly gain orientation and are optimally prepared for certification.

Marco is a certified lead auditor for the management system standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 42001 (Artificial Intelligence). He conducts certification and surveillance audits. In doing so, he combines sound expertise as a certified IT security manager (IHK), BSI IT-Grundschutz practitioner, and CompTIA Network+ professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic communication.

His focus is on translating abstract standard requirements into understandable, practical processes. This ensures that certifications not only meet formal requirements but also create sustainable added value as effective tools in day-to-day business operations.

Yannis is part of Alexandra Hamerla’s team and supports customers with care and reliability. He handles the setup and configuration of the platform and serves as the interface to the DICIS certification team. In addition, he implements individual customer requirements, including in technical areas—for example, adapting user interfaces, integrating external systems, or implementing specific reporting functions.

Nadim shapes the visual communication around our platform—from the user interface to presentations and marketing materials. With his keen sense for compelling UX design, he ensures that our applications are not only functional, but also intuitive and aesthetically convincing. In addition, he develops multimedia content such as animations and videos that communicate complex topics clearly and understandably.
